QParents is a secure, online portal that is free for all Queensland state schools to use and provides parents with quick, easy access to their student information including:
- student and attendance details
- report cards and assessment planners
- timetables
- invoices and payment history.
The student information displayed in QParents is surfacing information that is already recorded and managed in OneSchool. The benefits of using QParents for schools and parents include:

QParents Consent Manager
Consent Manager is in the final stages of development which is an exciting and long-awaited functionality addition to QParents. Following a successful Pilot, the functionality will be released to all schools using QParents in late October 2022.
Online Services Consent will be included in the initial suite of forms. It will enable Parents/Caregivers to provide consent via the QParents app or via a printed version of the form. The Parent/Caregiver will be able to update their consent via the QParents app at any time.
Our school has registered interest in early access to Consent Manager and if the opportunity presents will in turn run a small Pilot with select parents.
