​​​​​​​​​Student resource scheme

Kenmore State High School operate a Student Resource Scheme to ensure that all students have the necessary resources to support their educational requirements. The Student Resource Scheme is endorsed by the P&C Association and administered by the school. 

For an annual fee the Student Resource Scheme provides all students with textbooks, online programs, photocopied material, Student ID Card, consumables, materials for projects and other reference material.

The SRS is applied to:

  • Annual loan of textbooks, E-books and course material in subjects as required (short term, long term and school usage)
  • Access to class sets of books for short-term needs
  • Specially prepared and photocopied Workbooks as required in subject areas
  • Access to innovative, new and different software resources (e.g. Education Perfect, Atomi)
  • Student ID Card (including transport concession)
  • Specialised materials, equipment and resources (e.g. Art, Science, Industry, Physical Education, Film and Media, Vocational subjects – all of which must be of industry standard)

Subject requirements for 2025

Below is a list for each subject of the items purchased and provided by the Student Resource Scheme (SRS). To participate in the Student Resource Scheme, complete the SRS Participation Agreement Form (PDF, 259KB)It is mandatory for the form to be signed by the Parent/Guardian and returned to the school, as per Education Queensland's requirements to participate.

​If a student does not join the Student Resource Scheme the parent/carer will need to provide subject resources as listed in the subject requirements per year level.​
