The school participates in Interschool Gala Sports days programs on various days throughout the school year.
The school is also involved in the Greater Brisbane Schools (GBS) competition, which sees us compete in a variety of sports on Saturday mornings.
Year 8 and 9 Sport education
Students are involved in a wide variety of sporting activities at school in their form classes. Throughout the year, they rotate to a new activity approximately every 3 weeks. By the end of the year, students will have participated in about 11 or 12 different sports as well as participated in cross country practice, the cross country carnival and some pre-carnival athletics events.
Examples of sporting activities include:
- Gymnastics (strength and balance)
- Gymnastics (tumbling)
- Ultimate Disc
- Table Tennis
- Continuous Cricket
