Booking interview times
We use an online booking system called Parent Teacher Online (PTO) to book interview times, so you can choose the most convenient timeslots.
Interviews are 7 minutes in duration and you will only see available timeslots. When you have made your bookings, you can print your interview times.
All interviews are conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Bookings cannot be made online before the opening date/time or after the closing date/time.

Important information – Accessing Teams Meetings for Parent/Teacher Interviews
As advised, Parent-Teacher interviews will be of 7 minutes duration, via Microsoft Teams and for this round of interviews parents will access Teams interviews independent of their students (so no student laptops will be necessary / students do not need to be present with you).
Access to Teams meetings is managed through the PTO platform with clickable links (see sample PTO image below).
Links will appear clickable 15 minutes prior to your interview time.
So, for Thursday, from an internet-connected computer or phone, you will:
- Log back into PTO External link to access your clickable meeting links (available 15 minutes prior to the interview time)
- At (or shortly before) your interview time, click the link to access the meeting
- Adjust your camera/microphone as required then join the meeting
- Await the teacher who will admit you from the 'lobby'
- At the conclusion of the interview, click to leave the meeting.
This is a new way of operating for parents and teachers, but should be easier for all involved.
PTO required the collection of your mobile phone number as you registered, so teachers may contact you by phone should there be an issue with the technology.
